Organisational Performance
Client: Krispy Kreme
Project: Processes and Policies

Commercial Imperative:
The business was in transition phase from a small sized operation to a medium scale UK wide organisation. The structures, resources and processes had been very successful in the early growth period but sales volumes were set to increase and the infrastructure was struggling to cope with an increasing number of projects.
CPA Role:
CPA was embedded in the business to review the current systems and resources and make recommendations for changes, prioritised to reflect the corporate objectives of delivering an increased inventory of potential sites, built on time, to budget and with improved management efficiencies.
The Result:
A complete review of current practices was undertaken and presented, following which changes have been implemented, including more rigorous site selection and reporting processes and an internal change in resource utilisation, particularly in the areas of project management and property administration.
