Allen and Overy required medium term interim maternity cover for their Global Property Manager role necessitated by the imminent completion of their London Portfolio letting strategy combined with various transactions around the world. CPA Role:
CPA fulfilled the role of the Global Property Manager including management of the in-house Property and Project teams. Specific projects included strategic advice, acquisitions, lettings and disposals in London, Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Madrid, Milan, Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Moscow. The Result:
A significant part of the vacant space in the London/Spitalfields HQ building was managed to a fully sublet status. All international property was managed and delivered to meet the occupational needs of the Partnership Annual budgets for corporate real estate were prepared including recharge to sub tenants and the property plan delivered within targets.
