A highly competitive process resulted in agreement for the BBC to occupy 370,000sqft of offices and a 100,000sqft studio facility at Salford Quays. The development is being undertaken by Peel Holdings in conjunction with the North West development agency and Salford City Council. This represents one of the largest pre-lets ever in the north of England.
